What’s Included in a 1:1 Dream Session

Each Dream Session is thoughtfully structured, yet spacious, allowing insight to unfold organically while still offering grounded support.

Your session includes:

  • A 30 or 60 minute private voice or video session
    Held in a calm, confidential space where your experience is centered and not rushed.

  • Exploration of one or more dreams
    We focus on the dreams that feel most alive, emotionally charged, or difficult to release including recent, recurring, or long-held dreams.

  • Symbolic and emotional unpacking
    Together, we explore the symbols, imagery, emotions, and energetic tone of your dream, paying attention to what stands out, repeats or feels significant.

  • Pattern and life-context reflection
    We connect dream themes to the your waking world, inner landscape and current transitions without forcing meaning or interpretation.

  • Intuitive insight and grounded integration
    You’ll receive reflections and guidance that help translate the dream into understanding you can carry forward.

After the Dream Session

You’ll receive your Dream Reflection and Dreamcatcher’s Compass(next steps) email. Guides that you can return to for reflection, integration and support between Dream Sessions.

This work is not about forcing meaning, decoding symbols too quickly or reliving distress. Dreams speak in images, sensations and metaphor, which unfold best when met with patience and respect. Together, we create a safe environment where insight can rise naturally, guided by intuition rather than pressure.

Dreamwork is a collaborative and intuitive process. Your subconscious holds its own symbolic wisdom, revealing itself in layers and timing that are uniquely yours. My role is to help you listen to the subtle language of the dream, to notice patterns, symbols and feelings as they gently surface while trusting your inner knowing to lead the way.
